Chicken Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients:
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta 1 lb chicken breast
- diced 2 cups heavy cream 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 4 cloves garlic
- minced 1/2 cup unsalted butter Salt and pepper to taste Fresh parsley for garnish
Preparation Steps:
- 1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 2. Season diced chicken with salt and pepper.
- 3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- 4. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
- 5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth.
- 6. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- 7. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta in the creamy sauce.
- 8. Serve the Chicken Alfredo Pasta hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
